Today was the Lost Lake Relay. I was #3 of 4 runners. It was a good
time. Everyone was laughing and having fun. I did my 1.5 mile in 14:22.
Its about a 9:45 mile....it felt better today then yesterday!

Gen P was out running too! Pretty cool to see him out there.
